  • Heaven's Crying Angel Tears

These days, I’m stuck on rain and electricity. (the best smell in the world, if you ask me, is the air right after it rains.) Pure. Clean. No anger. No hate. Just raw nerves and people soaked with emotion.

(I’m recycling conversations I have with my whisper because it’s inspiring.)

Heaven’s crying Angel tears. They’re crying for all the pain we put each other through. They’re crying for the forgotten. The hurt. The sick. The weak and the strong who only have their strength. The rich who never stop to appreciate the simple things in life.

They cry… because no one else does. (leave the excuses at home, you guys. everyone’s busy. everyone’s hurting. I’m not judging anybody… cause me? I don’t even know how to cry.)

But they’re trying to clean the slate. Wiping away all our mis(foot)prints and mistakes so we can start again. Start fresh. Stripped raw. No varnish, no masks, no dirt. Just us… the essence of who we are.

(only we insist on walking in the dirt after they’ve washed our feet with those pretty Angel tears.) We’ve no one else to blame for the dirt on the floor. (but I walk barefoot all the time, just to see how dirty and sore my feet are by the time I reach the middle of nowhere.)

Let me tell ya… they’re pretty damn dirty. And they hurt like a bitch.

I’m stuck on rain and electricity these days. (ya know, it’s common knowledge that water and electricity don’t mix… so why do rain and electricity work so well together to create such beautiful chaos?)

I’m beginning to think that we’ve made enemies out of friends. (cause that’s what we do, isn’t it?)

Just raw nerves and people soaked in emotion… it’s the perfect kind of bliss.
